Role Overview:
Lead SAP CRM implementations and enhancements. Provide expertise in CRM modules, customer management, and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements and configure SAP CRM.
- Manage CRM Middleware, Interaction Center, and Marketing modules.
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements.

Skills Required:
- Strong domain knowledge in customer relationship processes.
- Hands-on with SAP CRM Web UI, IC, TPM, and Campaign Management.
- Integration experience with ECC, S/4HANA, and external systems.
